Diversity Awareness Partnership – Columbia is committed to strengthening our community by facilitating important and difficult discussions on race, unconscious bias, and awareness. We hope that members of our community work toward a more inclusive Columbia by actively listening and talking to one another and learning about perspectives different than our own.
To that end, Diversity Awareness Partnership is offering a free session on July 12th to convene leaders and members of the community, so that we can start our collective process. Any individual or group interested in having a constructive dialogue related to race, racism, unconscious bias, and disempowerment are encouraged to register for this session.
