The Wealth Management Incentive Analyst is a key contributor to the incentive operations and performance tracking processes for the wealth division. Critical functions include ensuring new sales are processed and completed timely and incentives are calculated accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Validate sales, manage performance metrics and calculate incentives for the Asset Management, Private Banking and Brokerage business lines
  • Interact frequently with client facing officers, support staff and varying levels of leadership regarding incentive matters and performance results
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business line KPI and other essential reports
  • Collaborate with team members to document and enhance internal processes
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Qualifications / Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, including best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Curious mindset and an eagerness to learn and solve complex problems
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ year data analysis experience required
  • Incentive compensation experience preferred
  • Experience in banking, wealth management and/or brokerage industry preferred
