Dot Foods is seeking a Product Owner of Corporate Websites like you who knows how to get the most out of our sites in terms of marketing, sales, and recruiting. Over time, you’ll learn to identify growth opportunities as they arise. You’ll work closely with the Branding team and other key stakeholders to set and achieve measurable goals related to online actions.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate department leadership and IT oversight to ensure visibility and transparency
- Ensure consistency of voice and vision across corporate websites
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes, roadmaps, and features to support the business and operation functions
- Translate roadmaps and features into user stories and prioritize backlog.
- Track investment, budget, and capacity and makes recommendations based on business value opportunities
- Help lead activities related to agile methodologies, including sprint planning, scrums, backlog grooming, and defect management
- Analyze and identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business and operations efficiency
- Coordinate and implement website updates within a content management system
- Coordinate input and final agreement on business impact metrics
ROLE SPECIFICS
- Must be able to travel occasionally independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
Qualifications / Requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Dot experience
- 3+ years of practical experience working with IT and other business departments
- Demonstrable experience in agile development environments, capturing and managing business requirements from variable functions/teams, and data-driven decision making
- Advanced understanding of business processes and practices
- Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience working in complex business management environment
- Familiarity with information architecture and creative disciplines
- Experience with requirement/test/project management solutions, preferably JIRA
- Solid understanding of the Dot Foods business model and internal processes
