Location: Mt. Sterling, IL or Chesterfield, MO
Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Systems Support Manager

Your Role: As a member of the Information Technology team, the IT Helpdesk Analyst works with many different areas of the business.  This position is responsible for providing company-wide support to internal customers in the areas of computers, printer, network connectivity and client software.  The Helpdesk Analyst also coordinates with other IT teams to resolve issues and provide support on projects.

  • Troubleshoot PC and printer hardware
  • Complete Helpdesk training program and provide phone and ticket support as needed.
  • Provide support for standard client software installed at Dot
  • Provide support to IT Helpdesk on advanced technical issues
  • Generate reports to track trends/information from Helpdesk
  • Cross train with sub departments in IT to gain programming and/or infrastructure knowledge
  • Perform programming and technical administrative work supporting networks, servers, and system infrastructure
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste

Qualifications / Requirements

We Need You To Have:

  • Assist in drafting and proofing legal documents.
  • Draft, file and manage various business filings.
  • Research federal and state law updates to make changes to contracts or company policies.
  • Assist attorneys by investigating facts for responses to adverse claims.
  • Handle general contract inquiries and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

We'd Like You To Have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, helpdesk software and various programming languages
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
