Responsibilities

  • Work with business line leaders assisting the execution of the CTC Digital strategic business initiatives
  • Ensure the competitiveness of digital offerings and evaluate new digital opportunities
  • Perform vendor analysis and provide input to digital product marketing plans
  • Prepare business cases for new products and assist with prioritizing initiatives
  • Participate in designing the strategic direction of the CTC Digital roadmap
  • Conduct digital training and transitioning product support to the individuals responsible for the general day-to-day support of the product(s)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of digital infrastructure and applicable legal and/or regulatory rules
  • Intermediate knowledge of product management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements
  • Ability to set goals, monitor and drive results
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and training skills
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business decisions
  • Proven ability to build and lead projects of a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  •  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years product management or digital/technology platforms required
  • Experience in finance or investment management industry preferred
