Responsibilities
- Work with business line leaders assisting the execution of the CTC Digital strategic business initiatives
- Ensure the competitiveness of digital offerings and evaluate new digital opportunities
- Perform vendor analysis and provide input to digital product marketing plans
- Prepare business cases for new products and assist with prioritizing initiatives
- Participate in designing the strategic direction of the CTC Digital roadmap
- Conduct digital training and transitioning product support to the individuals responsible for the general day-to-day support of the product(s)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Intermediate knowledge and understanding of digital infrastructure and applicable legal and/or regulatory rules
- Intermediate knowledge of product management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements
- Ability to set goals, monitor and drive results
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and training skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business decisions
- Proven ability to build and lead projects of a wide variety of disciplines and backgrounds
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- 2+ years product management or digital/technology platforms required
- Experience in finance or investment management industry preferred
