Location: KC Downtown 811 Main (825 Main)

The main purpose of this job is to perform a variety of research functions and meets established standards for production and quality. This position will be responsible for resolving a variety of adjustments needed for both internal and external customer accounts, while also working with various financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve internal and external adjustment requests in the Federal Reserve, JPMC, and Viewpointe. Utilize multiple systems to generate and collect the information required to settle adjustments.
  • Utilize the image adjustment system to open and work various adjustment case types
  • File research documents
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers regarding adjustment disputes
  • Mail customer correspondence letters
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications / Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Basic knowledge of brokerage operations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ year related experience required
