As communities across our country begin to address serious divides surfaced by recent, racially-divisive events, Diversity Awareness Partnership – Columbia is committed to strengthening our community by facilitating important and difficult discussions on race, unconscious bias, and awareness. We hope that members of our community work toward a more inclusive Columbia by actively listening and talking to one another and learning about perspectives different than our own.
